Tell ChatGPT or Claude who you're meeting and when, in your own words. Perfect Clock works out the dates and everyone's local time, checks working hours, public holidays and daylight saving time, and opens the whole series on your Perfect Clock timeline in one click.

Perfect Clock · Plan a meeting schedule
Here are the next four calls. Mind the week around the clock change:
| Date | Berlin | Dubai | Seoul | Sydney |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tue, Oct 20 | 08:00–08:30 | 10:00–10:30 | 15:00–15:30 | 17:00–17:30 |
| Tue, Oct 27 | 08:00–08:30 | 11:00–11:30 | 16:00–16:30 | 18:00–18:30 |
| Tue, Nov 3 | 08:00–08:30 | 11:00–11:30 | 16:00–16:30 | 18:00–18:30 |
| Tue, Nov 10 | 08:00–08:30 | 11:00–11:30 | 16:00–16:30 | 18:00–18:30 |
- From 2026-10-27 the meeting is at 11:00 for Dubai (was 10:00) - daylight saving time changes.
- From 2026-10-27 the meeting is at 16:00 for Seoul (was 15:00) - daylight saving time changes.
- From 2026-10-27 the meeting is at 18:00 for Sydney (was 17:00) - daylight saving time changes.
- 4 of 4 meetings are outside working hours for Sydney (17:00-17:30, 18:00-18:30 local).
A real result, calculated by Perfect Clock when this page was built. Europe turns its clocks back on October 25 while Sydney is on summer time, so from then on the call is an hour later in Dubai, Seoul and Sydney, and runs past the end of the working day in Sydney.
How it works

One click puts the whole series on the timelines of everyone's cities. Sign in to keep it next to your own calendar.
Private by design
The schedule is kept for 30 days behind a private link with no names in it, so you can open it in Perfect Clock - longer only if you save it to your account.
Why not just ask the chatbot?
Language models are great at understanding what you mean, and bad at calendar arithmetic.
- Ask a chatbot what time a Berlin call is in Sydney the week after Europe changes its clocks, and it may well give you last week's answer. Perfect Clock calculates every date with the time zone database.
- It knows which day is a public holiday in which country, and which countries take Friday and Saturday off.
- The assistant does what it's good at, reading your request. Perfect Clock does the dates, so you get the same answer every time you ask.

Try asking
Things you can ask
Plan a 30-minute team sync every other Tuesday at 10:00 Berlin time with Tel Aviv and Seoul.
When can I meet my colleague in London for an hour next week? I'm in Dubai.
Monthly review on the last Thursday of each month at 4 pm Seoul time with Sydney and Dubai.
I have a 9 am London call with Sydney every weekday. What time is it for them during the week of October 26?
Find a time for a 45-minute interview with candidates in Tel Aviv and Berlin this Thursday or Friday.
Our standup is at 9:30 in London. Is that inside working hours for the team in Seoul?
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is it free?
Yes. Perfect Clock in ChatGPT and Claude is free and needs no account.
Which assistants does it work with?
ChatGPT and Claude, on the web, on desktop and in their mobile apps. Under the hood it is an MCP server, so any assistant that supports remote MCP servers can use it at https://perfectclock.cc/mcp.
What does Perfect Clock see from my conversation?
Only what the assistant sends for the request: the meeting title, date, time, duration, how it repeats, and each participant's label, time zone and working hours. Nothing is logged or used for analytics. A planned schedule is kept for 30 days behind a private link so you can open it in Perfect Clock. See the privacy policy.
Can it add meetings to my calendar?
"Open in Perfect Clock" shows the whole series on the Perfect Clock timeline. Sign in with Google to save it to your account: it then stays on your timeline next to your own Google Calendar events.
Where do the holidays come from?
From public holiday data for each participant's country, plus the country's own weekend days. The country is taken from the participant's time zone.
What if someone's working hours are different?
Just say so, for example "the Sydney team works 8 to 5". Without it, 9:00 to 17:00 local time is assumed.
How is this different from the Perfect Clock app?
The web app and browser extension show your own calendar on the timelines of your cities. The ChatGPT and Claude app plans meetings from a conversation and opens them in the same timeline view.
